Instructions for issuing electronic invoices

Our company issues electronic invoices, all through Kuang Mao e-Invoice Value-Added Center.

If you need to obtain an electronic invoice, please make sure to fill in your Email address correctly.

We will send the electronic invoice issuance certificate to your provided Email address after your order has been shipped. (It may be sorted into your spam folder)

Mobile barcode carrier and Uniform Invoice Number are only applicable in Taiwan.

If you need to use a mobile barcode carrier, please fill in the relevant field on the checkout page with your mobile barcode carrier (format/ABCD2FG).

If you need to issue a Uniform Invoice Number, please fill in the relevant field on the checkout page with your company's 8-digit Uniform Invoice Number (format 12345678).

If you forget to fill in the Uniform Invoice Number, you can register it on the Kuang Mao e-Invoice platform before the end of the current invoice period.

We do not provide physical invoices. If you require a physical invoice, please download and print it yourself.

If you do not receive the Email, you can also manually query your order's electronic invoice.

Please click on Kuang Mao e-Invoice Value-Added Center Platform, and enter the relevant information to query and consolidate your invoices.
