This firmware update tool is only applicable to purchases made after June 20, 2024.

It is printed with the micro core (Core Drive) for FV-16 and Pro versions; it is not applicable to the Lite version. 

Not applicable to versions supporting the NS2 microkernel

Compatible with Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems

How to use the update tool

1. Click the following link and select the desired version file to download.

2. The downloaded upgrade file Unzip.

3. Open Upgrade program folder

4. Click to start the ASL automatic upgrade tool 1.37 and begin the upgrade.

Note: If the software cannot recognize the version, it is a version prior to 2024/06/20 and does not require updating.

How to connect

1. Use a USB-A to USB-C or USB-C to USB-C cable.

2. Connect the Core Drive to your computer via USB cable.

3. If your computer cannot recognize the Core Drive, please unplug the USB-C connector, flip it over, and then plug it back into the Core Drive.

4. If you are unsure whether Core Drive is connected to your computer, please follow these steps to check: My Computer -> This Computer -> Right-click -> Select "Manage". (Skip this step if you have already confirmed the connection is established.)

Click "Device Manager". You will find "USB-SERIAL CH340" under "Connections (COM & LPT)".
