The warranty period varies depending on the product type, as follows:
All joystick analog caps, button stickers 3 months
All protective cases, expansion grips 3 months
All storage bags 6 months
All portable docks, Bluetooth receiver/transmitters, charging grips, power chargers 12 months
✨ Other products (tempered glass screen protectors, phantom stands, magnetic ultra-thin stands) 10-day replacement for new product defects

Please be prepared to provide information (photos, videos) related to the product issue so that we can process your request faster.
📌 Warranty Terms and Conditions
- All warranty services cover only damages occurring during normal use, excluding damages caused by human factors such as drops or water leakage.
- You are responsible for the one-way shipping cost of returning the product. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement or repaired product to you.
- Damages caused by improper use are not covered under warranty (e.g., deformation of grip covers due to improper storage).
- New products will be provided for replacement within the warranty period; repairs will not be conducted.
- Any products not purchased through this agency or authorized dealers, or without proof of purchase, are not eligible for any warranty services.
