Limited Warranty Period and Terms

Different according to product type:

• Various joystick analog covers and button stickers: 3 months
• Various protective cases and expansion grips: 3 months
• Various storage bags: 6 months
• Various portable bases, Bluetooth receivers and transmitters, charging handles, Power charger: 12 months
• Other products: New products with defects can be replaced within 10 days

*Other products: tempered glass screen protector, phantom stand/holder, magnetic ultra-thin stand.

If you have any warranty issues, please contact us using the "Chat Window" in the lower right corner of the official website and be prepared to provide relevant information (photos, videos) so that we can process your issue more quickly.

• All warranty services are only for damage that occurs during normal use and do not include damage caused by human factors such as falling and water leakage.
• You need to pay the one-way shipping fee for returning the product by yourself, and we will bear the shipping fee for sending it to you after the replacement or repair is completed.
• Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty. For example, if the grip case is not stored properly when not in use, it may become deformed.
• During the product warranty period, new products will be replaced without repair.
• Any product purchased through channels other than this agent or authorized dealer, or without proof of purchase, is not covered by any warranty.
