Official Statement
A Message to Our Supportive Community:
First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to every player who has been with us on this journey. Your support has been our driving force, the inspiration behind every product we create, and the reason we strive for excellence. Today, with mixed emotions, we announce that we are embarking on the next chapter of our journey under a new brand name — SAVAGE RAVEN.
This decision comes after a period filled with hardship. In 2023, we faced an attempt at business bullying from a corporate giant. They filed a petition with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to cancel our trademark for "Skull & Co.," citing alleged similarities to their own brand. As a smaller company, we recognized the reality of this dispute: it was a case of big business using its power to suppress a smaller player.
The unresolved trademark dispute drained both our time and resources, severely hindering our product development. With mounting legal fees and pressure, we were left with no choice but to make the difficult decision to relinquish the "Skull & Co." trademark.
"We are angry because we've faced an unfair situation. We are frustrated because we were powerless to change the outcome of this corporate bullying. But what we know for certain is that a brand name is not what defines us — it is our team and every one of you who has supported us."
Now, we're ready to rise again with renewed determination. Fueled by our passion, we will devote ourselves even more to developing innovative and high-quality products. This time, we are not alone — because we have you, our community, by our side.
