Q: Is AudioDrive compatible with my Bluetooth headphones?

A: Yes, AudioDrive is compatible with all Bluetooth headphones.

Q: Can I use AudioDrive on Switch TV mode and PS4/PS5?

A: Yes, connect AudioDrive to the Switch dock or PS4/PS5 via the USB-A port.

Q: After connecting AudioDrive to Bluetooth headphones, there's no sound and PS5 shows it's incompatible?

A: Normally, the PS5 system will automatically identify and switch to Bluetooth headphone audio output. If it doesn't switch automatically, please manually select it in PS5 Settings → Sound → Audio Output → Output Device.

Q: Can AudioDrive connect to two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously?

A: Yes. However, if only one of the two simultaneously connected headphones supports Aptx, the output will be uniformly SBC.
Example: (Headphone A supports Aptx) + (Headphone B does not support Aptx) = SBC output.

Q: Does AudioDrive have voice chat functionality?

A: Yes. However, PS4 and some older Switch games only support voice chat through a 3.5mm headphone jack. In such cases, a separate 3.5mm microphone is required.

Q: AudioDrive loses power when not connected to headphones, what can I do?

A: AudioDrive has an automatic sleep function; it will automatically sleep if it cannot detect headphones for over one minute. Please refer to the "Reconnect" section of the manual; simply click any button to wake it up.

Q: I can't pair AudioDrive with my Apple AirPods Pro, what should I do?

A: Please follow these steps:

1. Insert AudioDrive into the console and long-press button A or B to enter pairing mode.
2. Place AirPods/Pro in the charging case and open the lid.
3. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the charging case (3rd generation and earlier) / tap the indicator light twice (4th generation) until the status indicator light flashes white.
   AirPods Max: Press and hold the noise control button for about 5 seconds, or until the status indicator light flashes white.
4. Please follow the Chinese instructions in the AudioDrive package to complete pairing.
