⚠️ AudioStick Bluetooth uses Qualcomm chips. When the headphones all support Aptx/AAC/SBC/LDAC , the APTX protocol will be used first, because APTX is Qualcomm's Bluetooth protocol, so the optimization is the best.

⚠️Due to Win system problems, When using it under Windows system, the volume may not be adjusted or the volume may be preset to the maximum.

⚠️Please note that according to user feedback, the sound quality of LDAC will be locked at 16bit/48hz. If you specifically want to use LDAC, it is not recommended to purchase it.

⚠️ "Razer" brand speakers cannot be guaranteed to be connected, so it is recommended not to buy them. (For example, Leviathan V2... etc.)

⚠️Please note that it is not suitable for wireless (2.4G) headphones, the headphones must support Bluetooth connection.

FAQ

ⓠIs AudioStick compatible with my Bluetooth headphones?
ⓐYes, AudioStick is compatible with all Bluetooth headphones.

ⓠCan I use AudioStick in SWITCH TV mode with PS4 or PS5?
ⓐOf course, a USB A to C cable is included in the package. So you can connect the AudioStick to the SWITCH dock or PS4 / PS5 via the USB-A port.

ⓠThere is no sound after AudioStick is connected to Bluetooth headphones, and the PS5 console shows incompatibility on the Bluetooth device page?
ⓐUnder normal circumstances, after the AudioStick and Bluetooth headset are connected, the PS5 system will automatically recognize and switch to the Bluetooth headset output sound source. However, if the system does not switch automatically, please go to PS5 Settings-Sound-Sound Output-Output Device to manually select the switch.

ⓠDoes AudioStick support Apple AAC and Sony LDAC?
ⓐYes, AudioStick supports AAC and LDAC. It is optimized for AAC and LDAC.

ⓠCan AudioStick connect to two sets of Bluetooth headphones (such as Airpods) at the same time?
ⓐYes, AudioStick can connect to two sets of Bluetooth headphones at the same time.
(Note: If only one of the two headphones connected at the same time supports Aptx, the output will be unified as SBC)
Example: (Headphone A - supports Aptx) + (Headphone B - does not support Aptx) = Output SBC.

ⓠCan AudioStick be connected to WINDOWS system?
ⓐYes, but please note that the sound quality will be locked at 16bit/48hz, and because of the native problem of the Win system, the volume may not be adjusted or the volume may be preset to the maximum when used under the Win system (MAC, NS, and PS systems do not have this problem).

ⓠDoes AudioStick have voice chat function?
ⓐYes. However, PS4 and some older Switch games only support voice chat via the 3.5mm headphone jack.
If this is the case, you'll need a 3.5mm microphone for voice chat.

ⓠ The AudioStick powers down when no headphones are connected. What can I do?
ⓐPlease refer to the "Reconnect" section in the instructions. You can wake it up by clicking one of the buttons. AudioStick has an automatic sleep function.
So if it can't detect any headphones for more than a minute, it will automatically sleep, so you don't have to worry about it searching for a headphone signal when not in use.

ⓠI cannot pair my AudioStick with my APPLE AIRPODS PRO (series). What should I do?

ⓐTo use AirPods with a non-Apple device, follow these steps:

1) Plug the AudioStick Bluetooth audio transmitter into your game console and press and hold the A or B button to enter pairing mode.

2) Place AirPods/Pro into the charging box and open the lid.

3) Press and hold the settings button on the back of the charging box (3rd generation and earlier) / tap the indicator light twice (4th generation) until you see the status indicator light flashing white.

*AirPods Max: Press and hold the noise control button for about 5 seconds, or until the status light flashes white.

Please follow the Chinese instructions in the AudioStick packaging box to pair.
