Q Is it compatible with MSI Claw?

A Yes, both versions have extended cables designed to support the MSI Claw handheld.

Q I am using a non-4K monitor, why does it show 4K resolution after connecting?

A Please go to "System → Display → Scale and layout → Scale" and change it to the default 100%.

Q The screen frequently flashes black during use?

A This may be due to a cable or core issue, please contact us for assistance.

  1. 將微型核心(CORE DRIVE)拆卸出來，直接連接掌機檢查輸功能是否正常。
  2. 將掌機放在ONE DOCK外殼上（微型核心拔出），將USB-C線材直接連接ONE DOCK底座外殼內的TYPE-C母孔，檢查是否能充電。
  3. 檢查電視或顯示螢幕設定，某些品牌可能有某些設定模式影響導致無法輸出，例如：增強模式（開／關）
