Are the interchangeable grips for the NS1 grip case universal?
No, they are not, as their designs differ and they are not interchangeable.
However, they are compatible with the NS2 series grip cases/soft shells and JOYGRIP2 interchangeable grips.
Can the MAX large carrying case in the bundle accommodate the official dock and charger?
No, it cannot. The official dock and charger are too large to fit.
However, it can fit our brand's JUMPGATE dock, cables, earphones, small chargers, and other accessories.
Can the protective case with the grip be placed into the MAX large carrying case from the bundle?
Yes, it can. The MAX large carrying case can fit the NS2 console with any of our grip cases (including installed grips), without pressing on the analog sticks, and the remaining two pairs of grips can be stored in the lower compartment.
Can I still use the original kickstand after installing FISSIONGRIP?
Yes, you can. FISSIONGRIP has an opening at the back for the original kickstand.

Yes, you can, but it is not recommended, as not using the console body's soft case may cause wear and tear to the console body.
Why does the bottom of the main unit's soft case feel loose?
This is normal. Due to the open design, there are fewer connection points at the bottom, which may cause a slight looseness. This design ensures the kickstand can be used normally, so there is no need to worry.
