Q Are the interchangeable grips from the NS1 GRIPCASE compatible?

No, they are not, as the designs are different.

However, they are compatible with the grip cases/soft sleeves from the NS2 series and the interchangeable grips of JOYGRIP2.

Can the MAX carrying case in the bundle fit the original dock and charger?

No, it cannot, as the original dock and charger are too bulky to fit.

However, it can fit our brand's JUMPGATE dock, cables, earphones, small chargers, and other accessories.

Q Can the protective case with grips fit into the MAX carrying case from the bundle?

Yes, the MAX carrying case can fit your NS2 console with any of our grip cases (including installed grips) without pressing on the analog sticks, and the remaining two pairs of grips can be stored in the lower compartment.

Q Can I still use the original back kickstand after installing GRIPCASE2?

No, you cannot, as GRIPCASE2 fully covers the back.

However, it can stand at a 75° angle when the trigger grips or large grips are installed.

Q Does GRIPCASE2 offer any protection?

It provides full-body protection and makes the connection between the console body and the Joy-Con 2 controllers more stable.
